We took a quick break to grab some Sushi at Safeway.

We have affectionetly dubbed Candace and Chris as our “Edmonton transplant” couple. Originally from Sunny California, Candace met and fell in love with Chris who was there visiting his best friend (Candace’s brother!!). Due to some pretty strict immigration laws Chris was unable to stay in the US at the time so they moved back to Edmonton, which is now home for them and their little baby boy Troy (what a cutie!). We had a terrific day hanging out with them and their families who flew from all over the US to be here for the wedding. Thank you Chris and Candace for choosing us to capture your special day.

Wow, what a gorgeous smile Candace has. And your skills did a great job, bringing out the best in them, and catching it in the pictures. That last picture of Troy on his bike is fabulous. I’m sure the couple are very happy with their shots.
Such a fun couple! Looks like you guys had a great time shooting those bridal portraits! Thanks for sharing and congrats to Candace and Chriss!!

Beautiful couple! I love the way they look confortable in front of the camera. 5, 7, 9, 12 & 13 are my favorites! Thanks for this very inspiring work.
Creative and beautiful photography! Your work is really original. Love it!
Your pics and blog are just wonderful. I’m a portrait and wedding photographer in San Jose, I know that it’s hard photographing outstanding pictures. I’ll be back to see more! Mike-DWF

Great use of available light, love how you use selective focus and depth of field in your images, amazing backgrounds that work really well with your subject, your images are telling the story. Nice and clean.
